Bio for Frank Happy Oropeza

Frank Happy Oropeza graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A. in1983. His first career spanned 25 years in a family business which manufactured and distributed automotive electronic components. During his tenure in this business Happy was involved in sales, marketing and many of the commercial real estate and property management dealings. In 2004 Happy completed his advanced studies at the University of Central Florida and earned his M.B.A. In that same year the Oropeza family sold their business to a strategic competitor. The acquiring company purchased all of the business assets except the real estate holdings. The responsibilities of this real estate and the property management remained with Happy until it was sold a few years later.

In 2005 Happy earned his Florida State Real Estate License and started working with Keller Williams Realty. During this time he also started investing in rental properties and waterfront property. Through hands on experience, Happy learned the requirements of property rehabilitation and positive cash flow investment properties.

In 2009, while in search of a more family oriented real estate broker, Happy joined Exit Real Estate Results in Longwood Florida. This partnership was a much better match, and Happy has continued to enjoy and prosper in his real estate career.

Happy was born in Barnwell, South Carolina, but has been a resident of Central Florida for more than 30 years. He is married and active in the raising of three daughters and a son. His hobbies include flats fishing, snow skiing and international travel. Happy is also a volunteer board member with the SBDC Advisory Board Council at UCF and his neighborhood HOA.
