For nearly 20 years, I have assisted Buyers, Sellers and Landlords in the Real Estate Market. I work in both Residential and Commercial areas. I am a Tampa Native with extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, traffic, schools, beaches, entertainment and the maturity of the areas as well. I am flexible and understanding. I will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. I graduated from The University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Business. I communicate throughout the entire process: I thoroughly explain your options, market strategies and trends. I enjoy outdoor activities as well as home remodeling. Hiking, fishing, golf, gardening and laying tile are all everyday activities for me. The Florida sunshine keeps calls my name!
