Israel Rivera, has been in the real estate business since 2003. He specializes in representing home buyers, and/or home sellers when purchasing or selling single residences, commercial residentials, co-ops, condominiums, home rentals, and business/investment properties. Israel has an extensive training in sales, customer prospecting, property management, property marketing, and transactional service. Some of his daily routines include: coordinating contracts, preparing RE forms and disclosures, arranging site inspections, and communicating with mortgage lenders, lawyers, and appraisers. Being Honorably Discharged from the U.S.M.C., and attaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Accounting, has positively broadened his attention to detail and accuracy in regards to paperwork and required transactional tasks.
