What sets my approach apart is a dual experience in real estate and property valuation. As a Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC)- since 2022, I offer more than market opinions—I provide clear, data-backed insight into what a property is truly worth. In a market where pricing accuracy matters more than ever, this helps my clients avoid costly guesswork and move forward with certainty.

My experience also includes serving as a director on our local real estate board, along with contributing to building and professional standards committees. These roles reflect my commitment to accountability, ethical practice, and maintaining high standards in the industry.

I understand that a home is more than a transaction—it’s where life happens. As the youngest of nine and a wife and mother, I bring a personal understanding of how homes need to function, evolve, and support the people living in them.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy renovation projects with my husband, transforming spaces and uncovering their full potential—something that carries into how I help clients recognize opportunity in every property.
