Specializing in First time Homebuyers, Pre-Foreclosure/HUD Homes, Short Sales, investors, VA and 55 and older communities, her multifaceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients.
Shearley takes great pride and specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing, often with low down payments. Shearley uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level.
Shearley believes that education is paramount to success and has completed intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listing for a quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure.
Her work ethic didnt start in the Real Estate industry of her love for people and servicing them, but followed her from her past career of being in the medical field as a Cardiovascular Technician and different areas of Customer service.
Shearley is a member in good standing with The National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors, (MAR), Prince Georges County Area Association of Realtors (PGCAR), in addition to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
