This fun Dynamic Duo gives you The Plane Truth! Heather has been working in real estate full time for the last ten years. She It this year's Recipient of EXIT Canada's Esprit de Corps Award. They are both multiple year EXITs Bronze award winners. All these awards are symbols of their dedication to their Clients and Customers.

Jeff enjoys following the stock market and the excitement of business. He keeps up on current affairs and is very contemplative of business in the future, both locally and world wide. Heather is currently the 2020 Past President of the Quinte and District Realtors® Association (QDAR). She has been there in the beginning of the reform of REBBA 2002 to the new Bill 145 The Trust in Real Estate Services Act. She is informed of all the changes that are coming to Organized Real Estate and is in the forefront of making these changes.

Jeff joined Heather in 2017, coming from a 30 year career in Construction. Heather has come from an Aircraft Mechanical background of 27 years in the Military. Just the perfect combination for buying a home, knowledge of great construction practices and mechanical knowledge for wiring and furnaces. Jeff has the business savvy, and Heather knows her way around the administrative side of a transaction. Heathers extensive knowledge and experience in military relocations provides her a unique view of the real estate market and market trends.

They both bring skills to the table that assist their clients in making the best decisions for their needs and desires. They both enjoy their work, and strive to give their best service.
