Sharron Richardson

My primary responsibility is to design and implement systems and business tools that help our real estate professionals succeed.

With a background in operations, training, small business ownership, and real estate sales, I bring both front-line insight and strategic perspective to my role. I joined EXIT Realty in 2002 as a Franchise Support Representative, later advancing in 2005 to lead the department. In 2012, the role of Vice President, Broker Services was created to allow me to step back from day-to-day support and focus on a broader, more strategic view of what our associates need.

I also oversee the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, reinforcing our commitment to integrating giving into the core of our business model. Since 2014, I have served as emcee for the company’s convention, supporting community across the organization.
