A long time resident of Peterborough, Stephen sells residential and commercial properties in Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes and the surrounding area. Focusing on first time buyers, residential and vacation property, Stephen has the expertise necessary to assist his clients as they realize their real estate goals. He takes a great deal of pride in showing off the area he knows and loves, and he uses the latest internet technologies and social media to market and find homes at an expert level. A graduate of St. Peters Secondary School (SPSS) and the University of Western Ontario (UWO), Stephen understands that the purchase of a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. He believes REALTORS® have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection his clients deserve. His work ethic didnt start in the real estate industry, but followed him from his past experience in customer service. Stephen is a member in good standing with the Peterborough and Kawarthas Association of Realtors® (PKAR), the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). Stephen helps the community by donating to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $3.5 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat homes.
