A third-generation REALTOR®, Rob Trembinski has Real Estate in his blood.

Rob was born and raised in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, and has been a part of a Real Estate Family from day one. Rob's father, Terry, was in the Real Estate business in Sault Ste Marie since the 1976, and is the founder of EXIT Realty Lake Superior.  Rob's grandfather, William McPherson, also traded in Real Estate in Sault Ste Marie for several decades.  Robs sister, Kristen, also works with EXIT Realty.

Rob returned home to the Sault in 2012 to join his sister Kristen in managing EXIT Realty Lake Superior after their father, Terry, fell ill.  In November 2012, Kristen and Rob took over ownership of the company of EXIT Realty Lake Superior, and have been working on growing the company to #1 Market share ever since.  In 2017 Rob stepped away from the management of EXIT Realty Lake Superior to focus on serving his clients as a full time REALTOR.  

"The best part of my job is helping people," says Rob. I feel lucky that I get to help people buy and sell the biggest investment of their lives nearly every day.  Its a big responsibility, and very challenging, but it is extremely rewarding, and that is why I love doing what I do.

Rob met his dream girl, Stefania, after moving home to the Sault, and they were married in 2016.  An avid sports fan, Rob cheers for the Toronto Blue Jays, The Green Bay Packers, the Chicago Blackhawks, and, of course, The Soo Greyhounds. Previously Rob worked for St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, and Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste Marie, MI.  Rob has a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing from Lake Superior State University.
