Patrick grew up in the racing world and this thirst for speed has given him a different philosophy than most in life, Its the destination, not the journey! It is a philosophy however that works out well for his clients! Patrick surprises most first-time home buyers when they are introduced to the many programs available to them.  Buying a first home is more affordable than people think!  There are many programs that will help qualify people, so they can experience home ownership.  

Patrick was the owner of the largest Independent Mid-Atlantic Used Car Sales and Truck Rental Company, Bargain Buggies Rent-a-Car Systems, Inc. with over 20 franchise locations in MD, VA and WV.  It was a 5 million dollar a year company and that successful drive will market and sell your home or commercial property in todays market.  

Patrick has extensive commercial real estate experience purchasing and selling over 4 million dollars in commercial properties and has also conducted 10-15 million dollars in commercial real estate lease agreements. Patrick also has experience acquiring investment properties.  He is very comfortable estimating the potential profit for an investor in the commercial and residential real estate market. 

Patrick met and married the love of his life, Vicki Shoemaker Cloud and together they opened their own brokerage EXIT Realty Pros.  Vicki and Patrick are both very skilled at listening to the needs and wants of a home buyer or seller and utilizing their vast experience in todays market for fast results. They are on all the popular social media marketing websites to reach maximum exposure for properties they represent.
