Kel Williams earned a Bachelor degree in Marketing with a concentration in Finance from Baylor University in Texas that provided the solid background on which his career has been built. Kel is consistently furthering his knowledge of the housing industry. Kel Williams work ethic didnt start in the real estate industry, but followed him from his past career; he was awarded Mortgage Loan Officer of the Year for three years in a row at Prestonwood Mortgage, located in Dallas, Texas.

Kel has been a member in good standing with the Williamson County Association of REALTORS, the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, in addition to the Middle Tennessee Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Kel feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations, he believes REALTORS should be involved and give back to the community. Kel Williams and Exit Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated more than $3 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes. Kel is also a volunteer working with the Betty Ford Center in Nashville and Palm Springs, California.
