Beata Nowak

My name is Beata Nowak. Being a mother of three and a full time real-estate agent with Exit Redefined, its safe to say Im quite busy. I love my family and my job so time management is always one of my priorities. I am fully aware of how valuable both my time and the time of my clients is. Besides being a mother, wife, and realtor, I also rehab my personal investment properties and this gives me more insight into working with other investors. I also have plenty of experience as a landlord. Dealing with all these types of real estate gives me more expertise when working with my clients.

With 10 years of professional experience in sales, beginning as a loan officer, insurance agent, and real estate broker, I know I can help my clients with various real estate needs such as: residential sales, rentals, short sales, and foreclosures. Real estate is my passion. I am constantly educating myself in order to stay on top of real estate trends. For me, customer service is the main component of a good relationship with my client. I keep my clients informed at every step of the transaction, making sure to answer all of their questions so that they feel comfortable and are informed. I value long term relationships with my clients.

As a resident of Mount Prospect for 17 years, I feel incredibly confident in working in the area and its surroundings, however, venturing out is never a problem. I love the challenge. I research each clients request as if I were looking for a house for myself. I know that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things that my clients will ever do and I, personally, will do everything to help make the experience as smooth and successful as possible.
