Kelly Cool successfully completed her real estate licensing course in 2012 and became a member of the EXIT Real Estate Professionals team. She works with and has the support of a brokerage with hundreds of years of combined experience, to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.

A long-time resident of the Timberlea, Tantallon, Hammonds Plains areas, Kelly now calls Sackville home. She sells residential properties in these areas as well as the rest of HRM. She takes great pride in specializing in finding first time home buyers the right home in the quickest time possible with easy financing, often with low or no down payments.

Kelly is a graduate of Sir John A Macdonald High School and Saint Marys University, where she graduated with a bachelor of Commerce majoring in both Marketing and Management. Her education provides a solid foundation on which her career has been built.

She is the founder or Cool Dog Rescue, a non-profit foster based all breed dog rescue. Cool Dog Rescue specializes in rescuing dogs facing euthanasia in overcrowded pounds and shelters in Quebec. Quebec has the highest rate of animal abandonment in all of North America.

Kelly is a warm and caring person who always has the best interest of others at heart, be it her family, her clients, or any person in need. She cant wait to help make your real estate dreams come true.
