Guss passion for real estate began at a very young age when he became involved in remodeling homes. He saw the potential in restoring older homes and bringing them back to life. He helped turn houses into homes and properties into investments. His passion and enthusiasm in homes launched his career.

Guss passion eventually led to the opening of his own brokerage, Freedom Investment (FI) Properties. After several years of being a successful broker, Gus closed FI Properties to focus more on his clients. Gus enjoys the one on one contact with his clients that he did not get as broker. Being at Exit Realty gives him the freedom to work more with his clients.

Guss dedication is to find the right property for his clients. He has expertise in every aspect of the industry from representing sellers, buyers, and investors to working with the banks (loan officers), title companies, cities, townships and villages. From beginning to end, Gus makes sure that their deals close.
