Dave Harris

Dave Harris is the founder and President of EXIT Cape Realty, and has been a licensed Realtor for over three decades. He has operated offices for Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Realty World, as well as a number of independent companies. Dave has received numerous awards for excellence in sales and sales management, and has achieved professional designations as a Certified Real Estate Broker Manager, Certified Buyer's Representative and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

Dave has been a State Certified Real Estate Instructor since 1995, specializing in license preparation classes for Brokers and Salespersons, as well as Continuing Education for current licensees. Dave has conducted classes for the Cape Cod Community College, Sandwich Community School, Nantucket Community School and National Real Estate Studies in South Dennis.
