About Dawn
As the owner of EXIT Realty Number One, Broker® and Real Estate Coach and Mentor Dawn Houlf is responsible for building and managing her team of real estate professionals and helping set the strategic direction of the company and client accounts.
Possessing more than 20 years of experience in sales, negotiating, marketing, customer service and of course real estate, Dawn brings her indispensable resources and execution to every real property deal making her a valuable asset to your real estate transaction!
She is a licensed Realtor® who specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Las Vegas. Dawn truly loves our city and prides herself on her knowledge of current transactions; school districts; neighborhood information; and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
Dawn purchased her first piece of real property at the age of 20, a HUD repo, and fell in love with real estate. She then became an investor. Dawns portfolio now contains single family, multi-family and commercial/industrial properties in various states.
As a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1978, Dawn has seen many changes in the Valley over the last 40 years. After graduating from Eldorado High School, she later attended the Communication Studies program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
Dawn embarked on her career in the business community, becoming a business owner of a pest control company. She worked to expand her business, eventually operating in three states (NV, AZ, CA), employing over 80 employees and operating over 65 vehicles.
Dawn has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades including My Vegas2018 Las Vegas Top 100 Women of the Year, My Vegas 2017 Las Vegas Top 100 Women of Real Estate and the 2015 NAWBO Southern Nevada Women of Distinction Awards.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her labradoodle and labrador; donating her time, talents and money to various youth programs and charitable organizations; hosting a weekly womens Bible study and attending church regularly. Her passions also include entertaining, scuba diving and traveling with family and friends.
