Roger Jenisch

Roger Jenisch is the Designated Managing Broker and Owner of EXIT Realty Redefined, leading a growing multi-office real estate organization serving Northern Illinois and expanding into Southern Wisconsin under the EXIT Realty brand.  With more than 40 years of experience spanning real estate, insurance, investing, title services, business development, and public service, Roger brings an entrepreneurial approach to brokerage leadership and growth.

A recent recipient of Managing Broker of the Year – Central U.S. from EXIT Realty International, Roger began his career in his family's insurance and real estate business in Addison, Illinois. What started as a family foundation has evolved into a diversified real estate organization focused on creating opportunities for agents, teams, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners.

Today, Roger serves as Managing Principal of Redefined Real Estate LLC and is leading the development of the Redefined REHub, an integrated real estate ecosystem bringing together residential brokerages, commercial real estate, title services, education and training, marketing and media, technology, professional services, strategic partnerships, and future expansion opportunities.

Roger is particularly passionate about developing the next generation of real estate leaders and owners. His vision extends beyond helping agents close more transactions. He believes real estate professionals should have pathways to build teams, create sustainable businesses, develop additional income opportunities, assume leadership roles, and, for those who want it, ultimately own an office or become a franchisee.
