My name is Agata Zabludowska and I am not an average real estate agent. I got my license in 2006, but in 2009 put it on hold. I decided that I had to be a full time mom for my 2 babies at that time. I came back to real estate in 2014 and from that moment I do my work with passion, closing many successful transactions and getting a lot of experience. Having 2 teenage kids helps me to get to perfection with time management.

 

I was raised in Poland and can speak Polish is my first languages. I also spent over 20 years in US so I can easily understand cultural differences and needs of different group of people.

 

I work all over Chicagoland and I am familiar with many neighborhoods, but I am also a part of Schaumburg Family, where I live and work for last 15 years. I am like you; I own a house, went thru remodeling, have an investment properties and flipped houses. With my personal experience I can better assist you.

 

I know how to compete in the market where so important is technology and online marketing. I work with the best marketing staff to assist my clients with their listings effectiveness using newest methods and inventory. I put strong pressure to education. I am part of WCR, I have ABR and BPOR designations.

 

My everyday goal is to make process of buying and selling very simple and easy and to get my clients best possible deal. I explain whole process step by step making sure that my clients understand what is coming next.

 

08/22/2015 - Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Glendale Heights, IL.
