I Turn Dreams into Addresses! I'm a Broker Owner of EXIT Realty 4Corners and I specialize in these areas Polk, Osceola, Lake, Orange County, Four Corners area and surroundings in Central Florida. I have worked in every aspect of the industry, representing Sellers, Buyers, Retirement home, Income Producing Properties in both Residential and Vacational markets.
I have been active in Real Estate since 2014, but have been buying and selling properties since 2003. I have built a strong relationship with the lending institutions. I have worked at the #1 vacation spot (Walt Disney World) and have used my experience in excellent service to help my clients in all their Real Estate needs. I am a members of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Florida Association of REALTORS (FAR), Osceola Association of REALTORS (OSCAR), Orange Regional REALTOR Association (ORRA), the MFRMLS (Multiple Listing Service). I grew up in a small country in Central America ( Honduras ) Moving to the United States in 1993 and to Florida in 1995. Being a daughter of immigrants has made me treasure all opportunities this country has to offer and I strongly believe in the pride of Home ownership. I'm a mother of three kids and love spending time with the family at the soccer field, outdoor activities, camping and family cruising.
