Peter is a life-long resident of Suffolk County. Having owned his own service business for nearly 40 years, Peter discovered his true passion in life was real estate and helping change peoples lives. Peter joined EXIT Realty and partnered with Marilyn Flanagan to form Your EXIT Home Team at EXIT Realty Achieve. Marilyn, a lifetime resident of Miller Place, comes from an extensive background of service in her familys retail business. Her passion for animal rescue, knowledge and commitment, especially as a competitive equestrian, drives Marilyn to go the extra mile in everything she does. Together Peter and Marilyn share their lifelong dedication to customer service as well as over 15 years experience in real estate. Integrity, expertise and knowledge of Long Island Real Estate is brought to everyone they have the privilege of serving. Peter and Marilyns goal is to always exceed the expectations of those they serve. They understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things a person will do in their lifetime. Peter and Marilyn are both New York State Licensed Real Estate Salespersons and are members of the Long Island Board of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors. They both regularly attend training and education courses to keep them ahead of the curve when it comes to serving their clients and customers.

Peter will be obtaining his Remote Unmanned Aircraft Pilot's License and will be offering extensive high definition aerial drone photography to dramatically enhance the marketing of real estate properties.
