About Kevin
Kevin Kilpatrick specializes in helping buyers, sellers and investors with their real estate transactions in northern Utah. As principal broker and franchise owner, he hires and trains successful agents and teams using proven strategies and state of the art tools to ensure success! He has been an active broker in Utah for over 27 year and a licensed agent for 30 years.

Kevin loves living in West Jordan with his wife Debbie. They are fortunate to have five wonderful children and eighteen grandchildren! They've enjoyed a lifetime of activities and experiences in this area of Utah including home ownership, outdoor activities like water sports, camping, and of course, attending their children's and grandchildren's school and extra-curricular activities. Family has consumed much of their time over the last 40 years! Volunteering in church, business and community organizations has also been an integral part of their family lives, keeping them balanced and connected to their values and roots.
