Since 1999, Steven Saljanin has been a trusted advisor and dealmaker in New York’s real estate market. As the Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Private Client, Steven specializes in the sale of multifamily, land, and retail properties throughout the Bronx and Lower Westchester. Whether it's a 2–3 family investment, a development site, or a 20+ unit apartment building, Steven brings strategic insight and hands-on experience to every transaction.

He is also a seasoned expert in 1031 exchanges, guiding clients through complex tax-deferred transactions with clarity, precision, and a deep understanding of investor goals.

A lifelong resident of the Bronx and Lower Westchester, Steven has an unmatched understanding of the area’s neighborhoods and market dynamics. He currently resides in Westchester with his family, where he remains actively involved in local schools and community initiatives.

Steven holds a degree in Finance from Fordham University and grew up in a family that owned and managed multifamily real estate. This background instilled in him a strong work ethic, practical investment sense, and a passion for helping others build long-term wealth through real estate.

Fluent in both English and Albanian, Steven takes pride in working with clients from all backgrounds and cultures. He is known for his straightforward, client-first approach and has consistently earned top production honors every year since joining EXIT Realty.

In addition to running a top-performing brokerage, Steven currently serves as 2026 Chair of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, and as a Director on the boards of both HGAR and the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR)—demonstrating his commitment to leadership, advocacy, and the advancement of the real estate profession.
