My name is Andria Williams, and I'm proud to say I'm a native Texan. Having lived in Dallas and the surrounding areas most of my life before making East Texas my home over 15 years ago, I've had the privilege of watching this incredible region grow and thrive. I truly love where I live and work and couldn't imagine a better place to call home.

As a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Pinnacle Group, I specialize in residential homes, waterfront properties, lake homes, and farmland, but my passion is helping clients with all of their real estate needs—including vacant land, investment properties, and leases. With more than 35 years of customer service experience, I understand that buying or selling a home is about more than just a transaction—it's about trust, communication, and creating a positive experience. Early in my career, I was given the title "Manager of First Impressions" while supervising the reception department for a Dallas CPA firm, a role that reinforced the importance of exceptional service and treating every client with care and respect. Those same principles continue to guide my business today.

Education is also a priority. Along with completing real estate school, I continually invest in ongoing education to stay current on market trends, industry changes, and the latest technology so I can better serve my clients.

Since joining EXIT Realty Pinnacle Group in 2015, I've been honored to receive several awards recognizing my dedication and commitment to my clients. My first year in real estate was especially memorable when I was named Rookie of the Year. Since then, I've been fortunate to earn multiple awards including the Spirit Award, Leadership Awards, Regional Top 10, and Top Producer!
