Roch St-Georges

Hi, my name is Roch St-Georges. I was born and raised in Ottawa. I help families and individuals with their Ottawa real estate purchases and sales in Orleans, Kanata, Barrhaven and central neighbourhoods around the Nation's Capital. My job is to help families with the purchase or sale of their home or condo as well as guiding investors through the steps of acquiring and owning commercial real estate in Ottawa. 

I have the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation which provides me with a wealth of expertise and better awareness of the home selling process. My knowledge is passed along to my clients during the selling process. I am fortunate to work with sellers on many intricate transactions and have experience in military relocation, bank foreclosures and power of sales as well as divorce and separation. I have also obtained my Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation geared to agents that strive to better represent their clients during the negotiation process of buying their home. Both designations elevate my skills and abilities as well as receive ongoing specialised information, programs and updates that help me stay on top of today's issues and trends. I personally own multi-family properties and have a in-depth knowledge of investment properties including the acquisition process, vacancy rates, market rent as well as property management.

During the summer when I'm not out meeting clients I like to play beach volleyball or out enjoying some of Ottawa's numerous festivals. Winters are often spent among family and friends playing board games around the dining table or attending shows and concerts.
