Born and raised: I was born and raised in Muscatine  -  it's the only place I've ever lived.

Education: Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics Major, University of Iowa.

Designations: GRI - Graduate Realtors Institute

                       CRS - Certified Residential Specialist  

                       CRB - Certified Residential Broker

                       sUAS - Certified Remote Pilot (Drones)

Family: I have a son Chad Hatfield and a Daughter Jennifer Wilson and 4 grandchildren. 

Hobbies: Hunting, garage tinkering, computers, my Chevy SSR and my miniature dachshunds, Blooter and Bella.

Why I do what I do: Having owned, managed or worked at a Real Estate brokerage office in one capacity or another since 1973, I've become pretty good at it. I know what buyers and sellers want out of a Realtor and I know how they want to be treated. I enjoy the profession and I'm convinced it's what I do best.
