Martha Howard

Martha Kilborn Howard is a 33 year permanent resident of Gulf Shores and lifelong South Alabama native who grew up in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Martha retired after nearly 30 years of service as a nationally recognized educator in Alabamas public school system. She is committed to public service, is involved in the life of the community and is continually concerned with the safety and success of the area she calls home.

After her retirement in 2006 Martha began managing her own vacation properties and found that many of her visitors and guests aspired to live or retire on the coast. As a licensed Realtor Martha now helps these guests find their perfect vacation, retirement or investment income property. And, should they wish to produce income with their properties she can also manage their rentals through Exit Realty Gulf Shores.  Martha is one of Exit Realty Gulf Shores' top agents and is recognized as one of Exit Realty Alabama and Mississippi's Top 100 agents for 2022.
