About Terry
I grew up in the Philippines and is fluent with several dialects. I came to the United States in the 70s and has been living in the Tampa Bay area since 2002. Prior to being a Realtor® I work in customer service and always like to be involved with people.
I have been involved in the real estate since 2006 and has been a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Florida Association of Realtors since then.
I want my clients to be 100 satisfied with my service and that is my number one priority. The process of buying or selling a home can be very time consuming and a lot of pressure so if you have a professional like me who is knowledgeable by your side, it can make the process a lot smoother.

I work mainly in the south shore areas covered by Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Gibsonton, Apollo Beach and Ruskin of the Hillsborough County.
