Irania Stephens

After graduating from Pratt Institute with a bachelor's  degree in Architecture, I joined the IBM Corporation - Real Estate and Construction Division.  I worked with IBM for 17 years, holding various positions in construction, real estate design, contract negotiation, sales and project management.

In 1992, I purchaseed a fabric store.  I negotiated the purchase of the building from the City of New York. I developed business plans for the financial institutions, and spearheaded the building renovation. Developed the business from a $200,000.00/year to a $750,000.00/year.  During that time I refined my sales, management and people skills.

in 2015,  I joined Exit Realty First Choice, and receeived the Rockie of the Year Award.  My focus is centered on providing personalized services to each clients. I work as my client's advocate and consultant, provide clear and open communication every step of the process, making the experience effortless and uncomplicated to my valued clients.
