Hello Everyone!  I am Nicole Kougl, Associate Broker with The Dream Home Team at Exit Preferred Realty in Bel Air Maryland. My license includes the entire state of Maryland while specializing in Bel Air , Abingdon, Aberdeen and all of  the Harford County area, as well as Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Cecil County. I spend my time helping buyers and renters find a home within their specific criteria,  as well as educating sellers on the value of their home while assisting them with pricing their homes to sell quickly.
