My name is Paul Reitz and I specialize in helping my clients buy, sell and invest in real estate. Utilizing proven analytical skills, in-depth market knowledge and trained negotiation techniques, i am committed to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals & aspirations.   

I have been licensed since 1983 and have achieved both the CCIM and SIOR professional designations. I was a featured speaker and panelist at major real estate conferences internationally and have completed over $1B in real estate brokerage, development and finance transactions. I actively coach top commercial real estate professionals throughout the Americas. This experience continually exposes me to best practices that I apply to help my clients buy, sell and invest with confidence.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pa. I moved to DFW after finishing graduate school at Penn State.  I began my career in commercial real estate and built a successful commercial brokerage firm, a boutique hotel company and spent time worked in international investments for a global real estate brokerage company. I am the proud father of 5 children and enjoy playing guitar professionally in jazz and contemporary Christian bands as well as performing as a classical guitar soloist.

I expanded my real estate practice to residential real estate brokerage and investment in 2013.  Within two years i acquired two EXIT Realty franchises, presently in Grapevine and Frisco.  EXIT Realty is a by invitation only company, dedicated to the growth of each agent.
