My name is Deby Emanuel and have been a realtor assisting buyers and sellers along the beaches and inland areas of Myrtle Beach since 2016 specializing in Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach, Conway, Aynor, North Myrtle Beach and Loris.
Since receiving my real estate license, I?ve been working in real estate full time with EXIT Coastal Real Estate Pros, winning the 2017, 2018 and 2021 the top listing agent awards and in 2018 overall top agent award. I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and moved here in 1989 from Fayetteville, North Carolina after falling in love with Myrtle Beach, which offered the best of all worlds. Whether it is jet skiing after work, walks on the beach, a full spectrum of entertainment, great restaurants, this is a paradise to be enjoyed by all.
I enjoy boating, live music, reading, cooking and gardening in my spare time and live in Myrtle Beach with my husband, our seventeen-year-old daughter, our lovable dog, crazy cat and a couple fish.
