As the broker/Owner of EXIT Success Realty in Martinsburg and Charles Town, WestVirginia serving West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, I specialize in helping agents develop their skill-set and mastery of every aspect of the real estate business to ensure that their clients receive the highest level of service possible.

With over 19 years of experience selling real estate throughout the region, and a passion for helping buyers and sellers my personal awards are too extensive to list individually, and have been among the top-producing agents every year since 2011.

Previously serving as President, President-Elect, and on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors, I currently serve as the Past President with a strong commitment to the growth and success of the Association.

I take my responsibility as a leader seriously and have become one of the best trained in the business. My multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to his clients andagents, and through this commitment of providing agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, to ultimately have a positive impact on the local community.

I am a graduate of W.T. Woodson in Fairfax, Virginia, and Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, and has completed 2 years as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with his wife, Libby, and 2 girls Morgan and Leah, as well as outdoor activities such as camping, running, and biking.
