My name is Stephanie Zarr. Im a lifelong resident of Cherokee, Iowa. I, my husband, and our two children love calling Cherokee HOME. I love selling real estate as it gives me the opportunity to sell my home town.

I help people increase their wealth by guiding them through the real estate market. My expertise is largely centered in residential real estate, specializing in first time home buyers and seasoned home buyers alike. I also have experience in helping investors get in the real estate market. I cover all Cherokee County and most of Northwest Iowa. Being apart of a great team at EXIT Realty Midwest aids in this greatly. Serving as Vice President, and President of the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, and on many other chamber sub-committees.  I am also on the City of Cherokees Planning and Zoning Commission.  I am a founding member of the Cherokee Young Professionals Group, and continue to be an active member.  I also belong to many Realtor organizations to include the Iowa Association of Realtors (IAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of Realtors.
