Arenz Leka

Arens Leka has worked in Real estate for more than 18 years without realizing how much he loved communicating and helping others buy and sell their properties. 

Before going for his license Arens leaned towards Music and Arts. He even performed all over Europe and USA. In the late 90's while managing at Tower Recording store, Arens decided to open his own ArensPro Inc Recording Studio, In West Village Manhattan. In his studio Arens taught young musicians how to perform, gain exposure, and record their own songs.

Difficult times fell upon New York after September 11th, creating an opportunity for Arens to open up L'Artista a French Italian Restaurant, filled with music, art and delicious food. Being that Arens was the owner and manager, he assured that the restaurant had 4 Opera nights, 4 Jazz nights, 1 Broadway show and 2 Opening Gallery nights every month and lots of fresh Mediterranean dishes. He aimed to please his costumers with a great positive, outgoing spirit, and making sure he Socialized with them till the end. 
 
After the US economy  started slowing down in 2008, He decided to sell the restaurant, and manage a 1900 multifamily building. He enjoyed managing the building, interacting with tenants, and participating in everything the building had to offer. Dealing with inefficient problems of the past, transforming them into an efficient way of doing business gave him lots of pleasure. This Job allowed Arens to interact with people and as a result was able to transition into Exit Realty.
 
Exit realty has been able to interconnect all his experiences of the past. He now has the experience to fulfill the expectations of others.
 
Real estate is his life now and he hopes to bring an exceptional and elegant service to the table by bringing happiness into the lives of others.
