Cecilia Cardenas Biography
With a wide range of experience to offer the office, EXIT Realty Urban Living welcomes Cecilia Cardenas as its Chief of Operations. After working 12 years as the officer director and operations manager for one of the country's top ten Hispanic advertising agencies, she went on to work for a nationwide department store chain supervising department operations, training employees, and conducting audits for 17 retail stores in her district. Cecilia entered the field of real estate working as a property manager; overseeing the day to day operations of over 150 condominium and apartment units in the Metropolitan area, including the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, where she also worked as a Contractor Liaison for many rehab and renovation projects.
Cecilia's role includes running the operations of the office, as well as coordinating and supervising training programs for its agents. She is responsible for the growth, development, and success of the office.
