The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work and that fits me, TINA OSTERHAUS, to a "T". I never get tired of meeting new people, exploring homes and vacant land, searching for just the right property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can appear during a real estate transaction. I enjoy helping first time home buyers. This brings rewards that can't be counted in dollars and cents. With over 30 years combined of real estate, management, and retail experience, I bring excitement to the table. The challenge of finding the right home combined with the satisfaction of helping people realize their dreams of their home. Of course, I also enjoy helping move-up buyers and those who are relocating or searching for a second home. As a skilled negotiator, I enjoy navigating through the intricacies of each transaction. Where some might see problems, I see opportunities for resolution.  Whether dealing with a first-time buyer, a luxury home seller, or anyone in between I rely on my experience, my continual study of changes in the market, and the additional knowledge gained from taking specialized classes that add to my skills.

When not serving clients, in my spare time, I enjoy, canoeing, fishing, outdoor activities, eagle watching, and sports (Packers and Badgers).  Before choosing a career in real estate, I worked as Department manager at Wal-Mart for 16 years, coached and refereed volleyball and raised 3 children, and have 6 grandchilden. I also volunteered for relay for life, boy @ girl scout, youth sports, childrens miracle network, make a wish, the animal shelter. Buyer and sellers often remark on my patience both in helping them understand the entire process and in finding their perfect home, and what is expected in selling of their home.
