People love to come to the warm, sunny climate of Myrtle Beach, whether it's to live here full time, part time, have a vacation home or to attend one of our colleges. The Grand Strand, with its 60 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, draws people from all over. The Grand Strand offers so many different life styles, from the sleepy little fishing villages of Murrells Inlet to the rural areas of Conway, Galivants Ferry, Longs and Loris. The Shaggers love North Myrtle Beach. Carolina Forest, Forestbrook, Socastee, Surfside Beach and Garden City are all family-oriented areas, either on the beach or very close to the beach. Myrtle Beach has lots to do for all ages so it appeals to many.

Kathie Noel has a desire to help people. She gets such satisfaction in helping her clients to feel relaxed and confident when she puts their home on the market; as well as helping her buyers to discover what they're looking for and then the joy of finding it. Connecting a seller with a buyer or a buyer with a seller fits right into who she is. It is such a joy for her to be able to help make your transition from one home to another a positive experience for you.
