Nico Torres, your local Realtor! Raised in Livingston, CA, I still reside there with my wife and my four children. Extended family is not far, which makes community very important to me! I am passionate about giving back including serving on the Turlock Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador, board member for the non profit CASA Of Stanislaus County and now Vice President of CASA, where I help organize and coordinate the multiple fund raisers and community events throughout the year. All that being said you can trust in my professionalism and my expertise in our local communities throughout the Central Valley!
With over 25 years experience in the home construction and contractor field I felt the next best step was to extend my services into Real Estate. for the Past 6 years, at EXIT Realty Consultants, I have actively sold residential, commercial and AG properties to my long list of clients.!
