Joseph Schomer, Jr.

Hello!!  My name is Joe Schomer and I have lived in the Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach area for the  past 30 years.  I grew up as a farm boy in Iowa and attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.    Prior to joining Exit Realty I had been in the aircraft sales business for the past 35 years working for the past 30 years with offices at the Spruce Creek Fly-In.  Having been in the sales business for that period of time has made me realize how much I enjoy sales and working with people to help them achieve their dreams.

When it was time for me to change careers and move to a new challenge Exit Realty seemed to be the perfect choice.  It gives me the opportunity to continue working with people each day and help them in all phases of the real estate business.  Whether you are buying or selling, my promise to you is to work to the best of my ability to insure your success.  I can only be successful by insuring your complete satisfaction.
