In his first career, Carmine was with one company for thirty years. He spent the last eight as President and CEO of one of the largest construction aggregate companies in the United States. He managed an organization with over one thousand employees and seven unions. During those years he developed highly successful negotiating skills that serve him well in the real estate industry today. Carmine lives with wife Deb in St. Augustine. They keep a home in Connecticut close to family and friends but have become Floridians. As avid golfers, they live in the World Golf Village but spend time at the beach and travel the South from North Carolina to Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida playing golf with friends.

Carmine has been enthusiastically involved in real estate for more than twenty years, the last five as an agent in Connecticut. He now brings that enthusiasm to North East Florida, as a resident of St. Augustine. “Having a second home in St. Augustine since 2009 allowed me time to decide that this is where I wanted to be.” Every day allows for the opportunity to bring another person to the First Coast. “I love bringing retiring/downsizers to Florida and explaining the good weather we have year round! I also enjoy helping the young first-time buyers who ask about schools and them just wanting to buy twice as much house as their dollars could buy up north.” Helping one or two of those each week makes Carmine a happy and productive agent. “I’m not too concerned about making every single sale or purchase but if you help enough people as often as possible it all works out.”
