Diane Martino

Diane Martino is the Associate Broker of EXIT Realty Landmark, a concierge brokerage serving Baldwin County, Alabama, which she founded in February 2021. Known for her white-glove approach to real estate, Diane has built a reputation for delivering a highly personalized client experience rooted in integrity, relationship-building, and results.

Before entering real estate, Diane spent nearly three decades as a Critical Care nurse — a career that shaped her meticulous attention to detail, calm under pressure, and deep commitment to serving others. She became a licensed REALTOR® in 2017 and has been a real estate investor since the mid-1990s, giving her a well-rounded perspective that benefits every client she serves.

A leader both inside and outside her brokerage, Diane served as the 2025 MLS President of Baldwin REALTORS®, where she led more than 3,000 real estate professionals across the region. Among her most significant accomplishments in that role was spearheading the implementation of the Perchwell AI platform as the MLS's technology system — a milestone that modernized how Baldwin County agents access and leverage market data.

Diane is a Certified Buffini Mentor, modeling her business on the proven relationship-based principles of the Buffini & Company methodology. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Foley Main Street, reflecting her dedication to the vitality and growth of the community she calls home.

When she's not serving clients or leading in her industry, Diane is an active pickleball player and organizer with the Portofino Homeowners Pickleball Club — bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to the court that she brings to everything she does.
