About Steve
In the past I specialized in business valuation and analysis, seller preparation and marketing, buyer /seller mediation, due diligence, and acquisition financing of small to medium sized businesses.
I began Mergers & Acquisition career in 1995 with Sunbelt Business Brokers in the Atlanta area after selling my food service distribution company. While affiliated with Sunbelt, I became, in addition to the Broker role, the President of Corporate Broker Training and Development. In 1998, I then partnered with fellow broker, Alan Clark, to create The Hatteras Group.
In the 20 years since becoming a Mergers & Acquisition Broker, I have successfully completed hundreds of business sales ranging from small companies with annual revenues of hundred thousand to mid-market organizations in the $30MM annual revenue range.
