Jeff Hydrick

My name is Jeff Hydrick and I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers in the Irmo and Lexington Markets with most of my emphasis focused on the Lexington-Richland School District 5 area.

My background in sales, engineering, technology, design and project management allows me to offer my clients a professional and organized approach to buying and selling a home.  I am committed to applying my experience and training to help my clients feel confident with their decision to work with the Exit Real Estate Consultants team and me.

I was born in Columbia, raised in Irmo and proud to be a South Carolina native.  I graduated from Irmo High School and USC with a degree in Electrical Engineering and have been fortunate to live and work in South Carolina for much of my life.  I am an active runner and tennis player and enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends.  I feel blessed to work with my clients and the EXIT REC team!
