Chip Hicks

After graduating from UT in Communications and long before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent most of my adult life as a graphic designer/videographer/photographer in and around Knoxville for ad agencies, private companies and freelance.  After my wife, Susan, became a REALTOR®, I concentrated on real estate photography and even earned my Remote Pilot License which allows me to legally fly drones and produce aerial videos commercially.  And yes, it's really cool.

After Susan had been in real estate for a few years I got the itch to add REALTOR® to my credits . . . and other than marrying her 20 years ago, it's been the best decision of my life.  I love every aspect of real estate, probably because I get to use so many of my skills on an everyday basis.  I get to help sellers present their house in its best possible light through superior photography and videography and market that house to the masses.  I also get to help buyers find that perfect home in that perfect neighborhood . . . and being born and raised in this area gives me an distinct advantage.  I love Knoxville.  I know Knoxville  . . . and I hope to get to know you, too.
