My name is Olatokunbo (Ola) Fakinlede and I have been buying and selling real estate for more than 2 decades.  I specialize in guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through the Real Estate market.  I focus primarily in the Greater Washington, DC Metropolitan area with most of my emphasis placed in the Petworth, Columbia Heights, Cleveland Heights, Trinidad, Fort Dupont, Deanwood, Marshall Heights, Congress Heights, Lily Ponds, HillCrest, Brookland, Riggs Park, Woodridge, Chillum, 16TH Street Heights, and Ledroit Park neighborhoods.

I began my journey in Real Estate, as an investor in 1998 and then became a licensed agent in 2006.  In the time since then, I increased my skill set and knowledge in the industry by getting my Broker?s license.  I am licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and New York. I also have the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designations, and also a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.

A little bit about Ola Fakinlede.  

My chosen website name, www.RealEstateAndOla.com captures the intersection of my person and passion for real estate.  I earned my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and my Masters in Software Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, but after reading Robert Kiyosaki?s Rich Dad, Poor Dad it became my mission to become financially independent. This defining moment in my life, inspired me to buy my first investment property in 1998 and then started to cut my teeth in all facets of real estate. 

I am also an advanced Scuba Diver, and avid Art Collector, A Must Go traveler, an aspiring pilot, a follower of the Lifeonaire philosophy and a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc.
